Koi Butcher / Cleaver Knife – Complete Knife

This Koi Cleaver / Bunka Knife is made by for us out of VG10 Damascus Steel and thus offers one of the best cutlery steels on the market at an extremely competitive price. These Full Tang knives will provide you a lifetime of service.

The Blade is sharpened to at 15 degrees per side and thus this knife is NOT designed to cut bone. These are designed more as a Veggie Cleaver.

It is not recommended to use pull through sharpeners. Stones are the best method of sharpening this higher end steel. 

 

The handles are made out of Orange G10 and Black Ebony and fit to the knife. These handles are extremely stable. They are attached with 2 standard pins and one intricate mosaic pin. These Highly polished knives will look great in your kitchen.
